Critique time:
Awesome rendition, it's really true to the original art in the face and most of the body. Something looks a little off about his right arm, though (viewer's left)... I think if his elbow were a little higher, it would help a lot. Try putting the bend in the elbow right about at waist level, even when arms are hanging down straight.

Other than that, this is really great work! The facial expression really captures the character well, and makes me smile.
